In this role you will:

Accountabilities

- Achieve sales targets

- Deliver key messages

- Collaborate with manager to implement agreed POA in line with marketing strategy

- Identify and establish high quality customer relationships and internal collaboration

- Possess in-depth knowledge of the product, market, stakeholders and competitors

- Work within agreed budgets

- Live the Amgen Values

Authority

-

- Implementation of the approved POA/key account plans

- Implementation of planned promotional spending (unplanned or significant expenses require further discussion with field sales manager)

Outputs

- Sales targets

- POA coverage

- Performance in accordance with job description and POA objectives

- High quality internal and external customer relationships

- Promotion/image of Amgen in line with Amgen Values

Minimum Requirements

-

- Bachelor’s degree in life science or bio medical sciences

- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related job

- Excellent knowledge of the specialist target audience:



Diabetology and Internal Medicine

- Rigorous Planning & Execution

- Ability to work in matrix organization

- Knowledge in local Value and Access themes

- Some experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)

- Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication

Preferred Requirements

-

- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management principles

- Strong experience in Diabetology and Internal Medicine

- Experience in customer engagement and multichannel

- Exposure to interactions with various disciplines and organizational xysqume levels

- Exposure to project management principlesLocated in Lombardy
