Gestio Performance is looking for a senior executive / partner-level profile coming from the management consulting industry, ready to take on an entrepreneurial challenge in a structured, credible and fast-evolving environment.
We are looking for someone who has already built a strong professional track record in consulting, who knows how to create trust with clients, open doors, develop business and become a true growth enabler for the firm.
This is not a traditional leadership role.
It is an opportunity for someone who wants to move from a larger or more rigid context into a more agile, visible and high-impact boutique consulting platform, where they can play a direct role in the firm's development.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a professional who:
- Comes from a management consulting background
- Has held a senior leadership / director / partner / principal role in a consulting firm




- Brings a solid network of senior decision-makers and client relationships
- Has an active commercial pipeline / portfolio / market access
- Is able to contribute not only to delivery excellence, but also to business development and firm growth
- Wants to play a real role in building and scaling a consulting business
- Is motivated by a context where entrepreneurial attitude, credibility and execution matter more than internal politics or oversized structures

Your role
This person will be expected to contribute to the growth of Gestio Performance by:
- Supporting the commercial and strategic development of the firm
- Bringing and developing new client opportunities
- Leveraging existing relationships and trusted market connections
- Helping expand the firm's positioning and visibility in the market
- Acting as a senior reference point in front of clients and prospects
- Contributing to the evolution of the firm's offering and go-to
