Our organization, made up of bright young engineers and professionals from all over the world, is constantly growing and we are seeking an Engineering Director to lead our global Engineering function and drive the execution and continuous evolution of our technology.Key Responsibilities

managing a team of ~30 professionals and growing the function according to company needs. Define the Engineering organization's vision, structure, processes, and priorities in alignment with company strategy. Create a high‐performing, collaborative culture grounded in clarity, accountability, technical excellence, and safety. Mentor, coach, and develop team leads and senior engineers to ensure long‐term talent growth and succession readiness.
- Engineering Governance & Delivery Oversee the end‐to‐end engineering workflow for all projects globally, ensuring timely, high‐quality, and cost‐effective engineering packages. Establish and maintain engineering standards, methodologies, and quality control processes across all disciplines. Ensure alignment between engineering deliverables, product specifications, system requirements, and project execution needs. Guarantee strong interface management across engineering discipline
