Silversea on a luxury cruise line seeks an Executive Chef to lead the onboard culinary department, manage a large, international team, and oversee multi-outlet budgets. You will ensure top-tier cuisine for ultra-luxury guests daily.
You will drive food quality, menu planning, and cost control, while enforcing health and IPM standards and maintaining readiness for internal and external inspections. STCW95 certification and multilingual ability are required.
