Electrical Harness Integration Leader (EHIL)
Purpose of the Job
You will manage the Electrical Harness installation resources and activities on the project you are responsible for.
You will be responsible for the electrical deliveries for each electrical baseline of the project you are contributing to.
You will build and develop the EHI technical competency in the Team.

Main Responsibilities
Performance Measurement/KPIs
Quality of their delivery (including subcontractor delivery):
1st time quality rate > 90% (quality rate = modifications validated OK / number of modifications applied)
Respect of the delivery planning (including subcontractor delivery):
100% on time delivery
Level of application of standard PPL:
85% of PPL for interface connector and 100% for production break connector.
Configuration management of your deliverables:
100% of deliverables properly managed into configuration database
