An internationally recognised engineering and design consultancy is seeking a talented Senior/Lead Electrical Engineer to join its growing Building Services Engineering team in Milan. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in mission‐critical, data centre, or industrial projects who is looking to work on technically complex and innovative developments within a collaborative international environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of high‐profile projects, supporting clients across the full project lifecycle from concept design through to detailed delivery.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to creating efficient, resilient, and sustainable engineering solutions for modern mission‐critical facilities.

Lead and manage electrical engineering packages across multidisciplinary building projects
Act as a senior technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
Coordinate electrical design activities with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
Deliver detailed electrical designs for mission‐critical and technically complex facilities
Design systems including: emergency and standby power systems, electrical distribution and small power systems, earthing and lightning protection systems, ICT infrastructure and structured cabling, building automation and controls systems, photovoltaic systems and sustainable energy solutions, fire alarm, safety, and security systems
Support project planning, resource coordination, and technical reviews
Mentor and provide guidance to junior and intermediate engineers
Ensure designs comply with relevant international standards, regulations, and best practices
