Responsibilities Ensuring the achievement of program/project objectives, guaranteeing the achievement of operational milestones, as well as full compliance with contractual agreements and the quality of results; aimed at building and consolidating a relationship of trust with the Client (external/internal). Guaranteeing, in full autonomy,



the economic and financial management of the program/project order, ensuring correct progress and monitoring of projects in the "Business Execution" phases, interacting with the various stakeholders of the company functions and agreeing with the head of the Business Line any corrective actions in order to ensure the success of the program/project and Client satisfaction. Supporting the "Business Winning" phases and identifying/building new business opportunities in line with the Business Area Strategy based on Client needs. Having full autonomy in managing both internal and external resources, also through the preparation of Capacity Plans.
