We are currently recruiting a talented lawyer to join our Corporate team in Milan. If you're an ambitious lawyer with experience in M&A; and Private Equity transactions, bring your ambition, initiative and entrepreneurial mindset to a global business that's redefining the possible. You'll represent Italian and foreign corporations and investment funds, and also entrepreneurs and private clients, in a wide range of corporate and transactional matters.
Responsibilities
Assist Italian and multinational companies in domestic and cross‐border M&A; and corporate finance transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, demergers, reorganizations and other extraordinary transactions.
Provide assistance to domestic and foreign companies in domestic and cross‐border transactions.
Assist Italian and foreign investors and shareholders with respect to proper corporate governance and the negotiation and execution of shareholders' agreements.
Qualifications
Graduated with excellent academic marks and admitted to the Italian Bar.
4-5 years PQE, with appropriate legal knowledge and experience to undertake this role.
Excellent communication and drafting skills in both Italian and English.
Service‐minded, organized, able to meet deadlines.
Positive mentality with a "can‐do" attitude.
Desire to achieve excellence and openness to daily learning in a changing environment.
