What You Will Do
Deliver personalized beauty and fragrance consultations, identifying guest needs and recommending the most suitable products
Create engaging and memorable shopping experiences that inspire guests and enhance their vacation
Drive sales performance by achieving individual and team targets, including key KPIs (UPT, ATV, CR)
Ensure product displays and visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained at the highest level
Manage stock operations, including receiving, replenishment, inventory checks, and reporting discrepancies
Support training activities within the Beauty & Fragrances category, sharing product knowledge with the team
Handle guest feedback and requests promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service excellence
Who You Are
Secondary school diploma; studies in Beauty, Cosmetics or related fields are a plus
At least 1 year of experience in beauty retail or high-end sales environments
Knowledge of fragrances, cosmetics and product ingredients
Good command of English (minimum B1 level) to interact with an international guest base
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven mindset with ability to identify needs and close sales
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual and operational standards
Nice to have
Experience in multicultural or international environments
Additional European languages (Italian, French, German, Spanish)
Previous shipboard experience
