Chiesi Group in Parma, Italy seeks an Operational Compliance and Continuous Improvement Lead to steer global quality operations, ensure GMP compliance, and drive continuous improvement across production sites.
You will collaborate with Quality Directors across sites, manage validation activities, oversee deviations and change control, and report to the Global Operational Compliance Head from our Parma base. Fluent English required and relocation support available.
