Are you ready to be part of this journey? Mission We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our backend engineering team and help design, build, and scale high-performance software solutions. You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our products, contributing to architectural decisions, and mentoring junior developers while remaining hands-on in coding and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Python applications and APIs . Contribute to the architecture and technical design of complex backend systems. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads,
and other engineers to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. Implement and maintain unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure reliability. Optimize code and systems for performance and scalability . Participate in code reviews , ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines. Support and mentor junior developers within the team. Technical Requirements Strong experience with Python 3.x and one or more major frameworks (Django , Fast API , Flask ). Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns . Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures . Proficiency in relational and No SQL databases (e.g., Postgre SQL, My SQL, Mongo DB, Redis). Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Jenkins, etc.). Knowledge of cloud environments (AW
