Gyansys is looking for a fulltime freelance for the following role near Lombardy, Italy

Network Support Engineer to lead the day-to-day IT operations activities to ensure IT Systems and Platforms are up and running in a timely manner. Ensure tickets are solved within agreed SLAs & KPI

~5+ years of experience in IT Networking, Cloud Computing, Infrastructure and Security
~ Understanding of ITSM Framework (ITIL). ITIL Foundations certified preferred.
~ Speak Italian (min. C1 or Native); Fluent in English (written & spoken).
~ Open to travel (+/- 35%).
