Aftersales Engineer (Italy Branch)

Location: Via Leone Tolstoi 69, 20812 Limbiate MB,Milano
Salary range: 2000~3500 monthly (gross salary)
Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshooting: Conduct remote or on-site investigations to identify product issues, maintain system operation, and ensure customers can use the products effectively.
2. Pre-sales support: Prepare technical proposals, write bid documents, demonstrate product functions to customers, and assist sales in closing deals.
3. Post-sales training: Teach customers how to use the products, collect feedback and pass it on to the R&D; department to improve the products.
4. Translation requirements for product and technical materials.
Requirement:
1. Be willing to accept business trips arranged by the Italy branch for the market area.
2. Have at least two years of relevant or similar work experience.
3. Priority will be given to those who have worked for Chinese companies and have experience in leading teams.
4. Italian, Chinese and English proficiency for daily communication. xrdztoy French is an added advantage.
