Brand Manager Uro‐Oncology
Location and Working Environment
This position is hybrid and requires you to be onsite 2 days per week in our Milan, Italy office.

Purpose & Scope




The Brand Manager is responsible for leading the strategic and operational execution of the brand in the local market, ensuring alignment with EMEA strategy and maximizing business and patient impact.
Oversees the full brand lifecycle, from insight generation to performance delivery, guiding cross‐functional teams and engaging key stakeholders to drive market success.
Role and Responsibilities
Generate and leverage local market insights, opportunities, risks and customer needs as a core member of the EMEA brand co‐creation team, contributing to the development of the rolling brand plan and ensuring recommendations address investment and divestment opportunities, asset transitions, launch excellence and performance excellence.
Represent and champion the EMEA Brand Plan within the Affiliate, developing and executing the local operational Brand Plan through the adaptation and localisation of EMEA initiatives and materials to meet market needs.
