Role Overview As the Plant HR Leader for the Pomigliano Plant, you will provide strategic and operational HR leadership in a complex manufacturing environment, partnering with site and business leadership to drive employee engagement, support business growth, lead union relations and ensure HR processes enable high performance and a strong people culture. Key Responsibilities Provide HR leadership, guidance and coaching to managers and employees across a multi‐product, multi‐customer plant. Lead and execute union relations strategies aligned with site and business priorities.



Manage a team of HR professionals and drive the site HR strategy to support key business objectives. Model and reinforce behaviours that reflect the company's culture, purpose and values. Align HR processes, organisational structure and systems with business strategy to attract, retain and develop talent. Act as employee advocate and business partner, promoting a respectful, ethical and inclusive work environment. Balance compliance with local labour regulations and business priorities. Build trusted relationships, offering independent advice and coaching to stakeholders. Use technology and analytics to generate insights, identify trends and support data‐driven decision making. Contribute to cross‐functional HR initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness. Basic Qualifications Master's degree in law, human resources, economics, psychology or related field, or equivalent HR leadership experience. Significant experience in HR leadership within a
