ServiceNow Technical Integration Consultant – German.
Responsibilities
- Design,
configure, and implement inbound and outbound integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Develop and maintain both unidirectional and bidirectional interfaces for foundation data synchronization.
- Ensure reliable, secure, and high-quality data exchange across integrated platforms.
- Collaborate with application owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define integration requirements and resolve data‐related issues.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance and data quality.
- Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow integrations.
- Document integration designs, technical specifications, and operational procedures.
- Follow development best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of integration solutions.
