Role Description
We're looking for someone who can invent content, not just produce it; a creator who thinks in formats, hooks, and series, and who understands that the goal isn't views for their own sake but building an audience that grows and brings in value.
What you'll actually do
Develop and own content formats and series across our social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Shape a cohesive story across our accounts and brands; each one distinct, but part of one connected world
Shoot and edit; from quick social videos to long-format YouTube
Design content that builds broad, engaged audiences and routes them toward our website
Spot and ride trends fast, with taste; suited to each platform
Chase ideas, opportunities, and moments as they happen,

rather than waiting for a calendar to tell you what to make
Report on content performance and use it to shape what we make next
Work with our team to keep a high volume of content flowing
Who you are
Fluency in English (C2 level)
You've grown real audiences on social, and you have a portfolio to show for it
You know social media inside out; how each platform actually works, not just how to post on it
Comfortable with professional equipment, and just as happy shooting quickly when that's what the moment calls for
Solid editing skills in DaVinci Resolve, including long-format
Strategic and proactive: you think in formats and hooks, and you go after content opportunities without waiting to be told
A foundational grasp of analytics, and genuine interest in growing that skill further
You can work lean and fast, and have a passion to grow
Premio: interest in travel, culture, history, or storytelling; on-camera comfort
