ING in Milan seeks a Martech & Automation Lead to accelerate the adoption of marketing technology and AI. The role translates business challenges into concrete martech/AI requirements, shapes high-value use cases, and drives execution for a more data-driven, automated marketing organization.
You will define roadmaps, build business cases, and partner with groups to ensure governance, risk and compliance are integrated into marketing processes. Fluent English is required.
