To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Representative for the Triveneto Region .

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for acquiring new orders from customers.
Responsible for the accurate processing and entry of customer orders.
Responsible for acquiring new customers.
Responsible for increasing customer satisfaction.
Coach and develop distributor sales teams.
Acquire and maintain adequate product and market knowledge.
Communicate relevant market information to the Sales Manager.
Ensure proper handling of returns and customer complaints.
Carry out all activities in compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.




Work effectively within a team environment.
Demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to continuous development.
Maintain the attention and engagement of customers and business partners.
Organize and manage activities in line with company objectives.
Use CRM systems and similar sales management tools.

Responsibilities
Ensure sales order intake and achievement of sales targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure proper handling of returns and complaints.
Ensure the transfer of relevant market information gathered in the field.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Completed intermediate-level vocational training or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial or sales role.
Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently.
