Mondi Group seeks a multi-site People Partner to lead HR across five Italian plants, supporting about 280 employees in Bergamo, Macerata and Catania. You will guide culture, performance, and talent management, acting as the primary contact for managers and staff while driving HR excellence and process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in client-support HR roles, strong union/works council experience, and fluency in Italian and English.
