Regis Rome is seeking a Director of Groups & MICE to drive luxury MICE business, lead strategy, and oversee events from proposal to execution on a global scale.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations to deliver bespoke experiences for high-profile clients and corporate groups, while guiding revenue growth and maintaining St. Regis standards of service.

The role requires travel to key industry events and partner locations, and demands exceptional leadership of a dedicated MICE team.
