TXT is looking for Junior Back Office to be included in the Operation team of Reversal SIM, a company authorized by CONSOB for investment advisory and fund placement services and by IVASS for the distribution of insurance products. The resource will support the team in carrying out various back office tasks. **Main responsibilities**:
Supporting the on-boarding of new clients to the system (profiling and opening relationships);
Supporting the management and settlement of client transactions with Allfunds Bank, the custodian bank and insurance companies;
Alignment of positions between SIM, custodian bank and insurance companies;
Supporting the manager (CFO/COO) in the area's activities, also ensures close cooperation with other colleagues in the SIM's various functions;
Management of projects pertaining to the Back Office area,



especially relating to the development and optimisation of processes;
Managing the SIM's administrative activities;
Census and securities valuation activities. **Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in economic-financial disciplines;Between 1 and 3 years of experience in the back office within financial institutions or consulting firms;
basic knowledge of accounting, to support the CFO and the study to which tax and accounting activities are outsourced;
Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
