Are you enrolled or a recent graduate in a Master's degree in **Law?** Do you speak **fluent English and possibly German**? Do you have good organizational and communication skills? Are you eager to learn? We are looking for **brilliant students/graduates** with a strong passion for the **Automotive** sector and the right motivation to take on a 6 month** Internship **in a **dynamic** and **international** context based in our HR Trade Unions Management & Labour Law Department at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters. The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in: - Management of employment relationships and cooperation at Group level for common projects;
- Elaboration of technical advices/suggestions on labour law matter to manage personnel issues and find proper solutions;
- Definition and update of labour contracts/letters/forms;
- Preparation of internal policies, related to labour issues;
- Management of the disciplinary process;
- Pre-litigation and litigation activities;
- Due diligence on all aspects of employment law with a particular focus on the management of Externals (Contractor’s employees and consultants);
- Support for the HR Compliance/Monitor activities; In order to meet these targets, you will need: - Fluent English, Italian and German will be a plus
- Enrolled/Graduated in a Master's degree in Law
