If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. **Geo HR Supervisor** The Supervisor coordinate a Administration Generalist/recruiting team with focus on HR integration, workday implementation and talent acquisition with different management areas for Operational and staffing departments. **Main Duties**
- Supervision of administration team and talent acquisition process;
- Cooperate with Business and HR corporate for company integrations by HR side;
- Cooperate with Corporate and other HR colleagues on Workday HR system implementation;
- Supervise and monitoring talent acquisition process;
- Point of contact beetween HR Business Partner and HR administration team;
- Support Business in change management process and growth;
- HR Policies and Procedures editing and creation;
- Disciplinary process with HR Geo Service Manager and Labour Relations support;
- Support the organizational Change **Requirements**: - Degree in humanistic or economics;
- Min 5 years in role (HR Business Partner, HR Supervisor or similar);
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
- Knowledge of English (level B2)
