- Proficient knowledge of Italian and English language **Position Summary** Responding directly to the Quality Assurance Manager and supporting her, he/she will work to help quality department in sampling and analysis of raw materials and packaging materials, in the evaluation of process controls and in the sensory, microbiological and chemical analyses on finished products, raw materials and packaging materials. **A Day in the Life of Quality Department**
- Support the Quality Department in raw, packaging and finish product sampling
- Raw, packaging and finish product analysis at inbound compared to QMS limits and Nestlè specifications
- Data entry for quality process control in the system
- Finish product sensory evaluation and sampling on the line
- Create reports with related kpi
- Support the quality department in collecting data for roh, packaging and finish product delivery **What will make you successful?**
- Bachelor degree in Food Science and Technology
- Microsoft Office management at a good level (mainly Excel, Power Point, Power BI).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have an investigative profile with deeper attention to detail, synthesize data, and conduct brainstorming.
- Work under pressure and ability to manage multiple and varied tasks simultaneously so to comply with internal and regulatory deadlines.
- Proficient knowledge of Italian and English language.
