**Job Description Summary**: Coordinate and expedite the flow of direct material for Aero Alliance Avenza Service Shop (Italy), according to production schedules. She/He will report to the Material Procurement Leader in the Gate 2 Avenza Shop organization. This role is a permanent full-time position. **Roles and Responsibilities**
- Management of direct material (new and repaired) request, placing and following up on purchase orders.
- Quotation management (technical & commercial approval) and follow up with vendor to check the status of PO.
- Placing purchase orders to secure delivery in a timely manner and managing risk and any arising tasks, issues or disputes; alignment of PO price and need dates.
- Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution, scheduling changes and updating ERP.
- Advising Functional managers regarding projects,



processes and procedures **Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma) or equivalent knowledge or work experience
- proven experience in Procurement and Sourcing, with deep knowledge of Oracle ERP.
- strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- be flexible in a dynamic environment.
- proven experience in the aviation or oil and gas industry, or industrial background
- fluency in Italian and English, in writing and speaking. **Additional Information**:
