- Team events **Your Main Duties**: - Monitor the approval process of the invoices
- Prepare and process the weekly transfer list for payments
- Process payment of salaries and taxes
- Reconcile statements and payment records in the accounting system
- Direct contact with all the suppliers
- Assist the team with month-end / quarterly closing activities **Your Profile**:



- **BE YOURSELF** - Be authentic and yourself
- Accounting diploma and/or Economics degree
- 2-years working experience in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of Office - especially Excel
- Very good command of English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Precision, reliability, attention to detail, respect for deadlines
