Experteer Overview Join MotorK’s Finance team in Milan as a Junior Financial Reporting & Consolidation Specialist Intern. You will help ensure financial integrity across entities, contributing to IFRS-compliant consolidated statements and precise month- and year-end closes. You’ll support intercompany reconciliations and the enhancement of reporting systems, while assisting audits. This role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing tech‑driven automotive environment and a path to develop core financial reporting skills.Responsibilities
Prepare consolidated financial statements in IFRS and other standards
Support month‑end and year‑end close processes
Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances across entities
Improve financial reporting systems,
databases, and software
Assist with audits by providing information and documentation
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress)
Good understanding of financial reporting, consolidation processes, IFRS
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial reporting software
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Team‑oriented with adaptability to changing priorities
Big4 audit experience is a plus
