This position will lead and direct the routine functions of Human Resource department of including Talent Acquisition, administering pay, benefits, and leave, maintaining and enforcing company policies and practices.

Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
• Partners with the management team and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborates with store operations departments to understand skills and competencies required for the openings.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources Leader positions with proven experience in Singapore
• Human Resources experience in retail experience is preferred
• Italian, English are required as working languages
