Head of Accounting

The resource will be the main point of contact In Italy within the Accounting & Taxes Department, supervising all the activities of the team.

Main Activities

Responsibility for for local accounting and taxes as well as reporting in accordance with local GAAP, IFRS and tax purposes.
Development and management of a team of people.
Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Cooperation with internal and external auditors and tax authorities.
Optimization and further development of financial and reporting processes.

Skills

Several years of experience in accounting and taxation, ideally in a management position.
Sound knowledge of Italian GAAP and IFRS.
Experience with the Oracle ERP system.
Fluent language skills in Italian and Business English.

Education

Degree in business administration, finance or a comparable field.

Compensation package: 50.000€ - 70.000€
