We are looking for an **IT infrastructure and Service Coordinator (l.68/99) **who is responsible for managing the infrastructure projects and for supporting advanced collaboration and VC technology, both for our head offices and remote users, in collaboration with AZ Global headquarters. If you’re inspired by the possibilities of science to make a difference and ready to discover what you can do - join us. **Responsibilities**: - Implement and monitor the IT infrastructure and technology of the company, ensuring the security, efficiency and scalability of the solutions, both locally and in collaboration with our Global headquartes, also establishing strong relationships to streamline project delivery
- Support the connection technology (Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, Broadband, IVR), and the mobile telephony services on site and remotely, also in collaboration with our Global headquarters
- Coordinate end-user services overseeing the help-desk service, including the relevant asset management.
- Ensure meeting room technology is well supported
- Manage IT suppliers, ensuring compliance with the deadlines, costs and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the other business functions and with the headquarters, to define the IT strategies and best practices, in line with the business objectives.
- Ensure IT compliance ensuring relevant SOPs are properly maintained and updated
- Continuously update the technical and managerial skills, following the developments of the sector and the market needs. **Qualifications**: - (Bachelor's) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of proven experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of the IT services domain and relevant best practices.
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Strong understanding of security principles and end-user device technology (Windows, iOS)
- Proficient in project management and results oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
