**Description** We are looking for you as Global Operations Manager for the Power Transformers division. Join our team and make a difference! - Define the Manufacturing Process Definition & Improvement
- Focus on manufacturing and operational improvement and cost savings to improve the organization's profitability and efficiency
- Drive digital & automation transformation in field manufacturing and operations
- Manage global investment allocation for Power Transformers, in line with Global Product Group strategy, and support regions and units with the project execution
- Support new product introduction, incl. piloting.




- Drive innovation in production, including automation and digitalization
- Focus on longer term strategic actions to improve safety, operating efficiency, and productivity in the entire value chain, to improve customer satisfaction and reduce operating costs in a safe working environment **Your background**
- Bachelor's degree (electrical / mechanical) with 10+ years of operational experience in Manufacturing industry
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities, as well as solid business acumen
- Strong proven leadership experience
- Willingness to travel on business requirements
