**Position: Training Specialist** **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and update training materials for staff.
- Organize and manage training events, both in-store and external.
- Support the Field Force coordination.
- Conduct comparative analyses on competitor products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop appropriate programs. **Requirements**: - 2-3 Yars in trainer role.
- Experience in Smartphone business is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with comparative product analysis and the relevant market.
