**About the Role**
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers for the procurement of commercial parts and in scouting new potential suppliers.
- Monitoring the order confirmation process and ensuring compliance with agreed delivery dates.
- Updating spare parts commitments into purchase orders in SAP.




- Timely management of suppliers in terms of costs, delivery, and quality, utilizing company management systems to handle contracts.
- Facing with Spare Parts, Logistics and Warehouse and other Coesia’s Departments. **What You Need to Be Successful**
- Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or a Diploma as a Mechanical or Electronic Technician, preferably with IFTS course.
- Good command of OfficeSuite (Excel, Ppt) and SAP.
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- The ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and being a real team player.
