Job Title - Order Expeditor
- J _ob Summary _ Responsible for order changes, backorders, must ships, returns OOM AND OEE
- Summary of essential job functions _
- Change order for customer service
- Ensure that must ship work orders are communicated to manufacturing team leaders to make sure they are completed.
- Communicate pick tickets to picking personnel to make sure orders get picked and shipped in a timely manner
- Run and check reports about orders that are not processed according to the flow
- Support Distribution Team Leader
- Evaluate all returns to make sure they are correct and if they can be put back on the shelf. If product is not sellable it will be placed in bargain boxes or QDC material to be disposed of correctly.
