You will ensure that the engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel, including general property maintenance, are working properly and accordingly to the hotels operating standards. Your responsibilities include: - Promptly addressing inquiries across departments.
- Executing maintenance and repair tasks (plumbing, electrical, painting, A/C) while prioritizing safety through proper PPE usage.
- Collaborating with Housekeeping to efficiently prioritize maintenance assignments.
- Implementing planned preventive maintenance programs, aligning with property needs.
- Maintaining strong relationships with external contractors.
