**Main Responsibilities**: - Oversee the implementation of the **British curriculum** in the school.
- Coordinate the English teaching team, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress to ensure the achievement of educational goals.
- Facilitate the adoption of **innovative teaching methods**, such as Flipped Classroom, Enquiry-Based Learning, and the integrated use of new technologies in education.
- Promote **connection with the preschool** to facilitate the transition of students to Primary school and ensure continuity of the educational journey, encouraging families to continue the path in our school.
- ** Integrate the British curriculum with the Italian curriculum** in a synergistic way, fostering effective collaboration between the two cultures and ensuring a balanced educational experience. **Essential Requirements**: - ** Excellent knowledge of the British curriculum** for school and the ability to adapt it to bilingual contexts.
