You will join the Marketing Plans & Insights team, where your primary focus will be: - Assist in the definition of marketing and communication plans across various regions and headquarters
- Generating valuable and actionable insights to understand market context, support product design and better plan go-to market initiatives Your role will empower you to take on increasing responsibilities, develop autonomy,



and gain insights into strategic decision-making processes in a fast-evolving industry.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
**You will collaborate with your tutor in**: - Supporting in the definition of Marketing plans & related investments, collaborating with Global departments and Local Marketing teams
- Tracking Marketing plans execution and constant update, in coherence with markets scenario evolution
- Monitoring market trends with focus on potential impacts on tyre market and competitor strategies
- Conduct market research targeting both B2B clients (e.g. distributors) and B2C consumers segments, gathering data on customer needs, purchasing behaviors, and preferences WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering, or related fields.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive and curious approach;
- Analytical capabilities and problem-solving attitude
- Strong synthesis and communication skills.
