R&D; Local Unit Lead **Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to set up and execute routine tests for different products in accordance with standard testing methodologies and requirements. Each day, you will perform your tasks or activities using skills and techniques as well as a practical understanding of concepts used in the field of technology. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring proper documentation of the test results. The work model for the role is: #Li-Onsite This role is contributing to the Smart Power division in Bergamo in the context of System Test Laboratory of Research and Devel-opment Department. You will be mainly accountable for: - Building test setups with the required measurement instruments, connecting the device under test to the testing plant, and executing tests to simulate Low Voltage Complex Systems such as large plants, ships, datacenters, and airports. - Interfacing,
connecting, and configuring Hardware in the Loop simulation systems. - Defining, planning, programming, and organizing a complete test program for full system validation. - Interpreting test results and drawing conclusions on product requirements. - Simulating signals and automatic system tests. - Recording and tracing testing activities in test reports. You will join a talented team, where you will be able to thrive. **Qualifications for the role**: - Bachelor Degree in the Electrotechnical field or Bachelor Degree (3 years) in Electrical or Electronic field
- Knowledge of Industrial plants main electrical functionality is required, as well as basic design skills in DC and AC power installations; experience in Simulink/Matlab would be considered a plus, and so is some experience in testing electrical devices.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in Electrical and mechanical measuring instruments, in Analysis capacity and in manual skills.
- You are qualified in computer skills (programming knowledge and office software package)
- You are passionate, organized, good at teamwork and have an high desire to learn and attitude for problem solving
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English language **More about us**:
