Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or equivalent practical experience. - Senior project management experience or related field. - Experience leading and development teams. - Strong track record of delivering complex technical projects. - Experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or related technical field. - Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across multiple stakeholder groups. - Experience in developing and implementing technical standards and processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and drive clarity.
- Strong working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience of technical program management.
- MBA, advanced degrees, and/or Black Belt certification(s).
