- ** Your roadsurfer Station - Location Management**: You take on the independent leadership and establishment of the location, closely collaborating with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations on-site
- ** Process Optimization**: You successfully implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas (coordinating vehicle returns, handovers, and vehicle preparation)
- ** Collaboration with roadsurfer Stations**: You maintain constant communication with all international teams to ensure ongoing improvements
- ** Team Leadership**: As a Team Leader, you motivate and lead your on-site team. This includes onboarding, effective task planning, and quality control
- ** Recruitment**: You have control over building your team and seek the right talent for your location




- ** Fleet Management**: You always have an overview of the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales: documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners
- ** Customer Consultation**: You advise customers on our products, myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent, and send them out as happy roadsurfers on the roads of Europe **What you need to surf the wave with us**
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar - career changers are welcome
- Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous
- High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor
- You are a hands-on and effective communicator
- You are a resilient problem solver and highly organized
- You speak excellent english, on top you also speak the language for the country you applied for fluently
