The “**H-FARM Summer Academy**” summer project offers a chance for children/youth ages 5 to 19 to have an immersive experience on digital and sports topics in English at Europe's most innovative campus. We are looking for people who are passionate about education and training to fill the role of **Learning Facilitator / Youth Mentor** for the 2025 edition. We are looking for dynamic individuals who can inspire youth through engaging and challenging educational experiences, creating an environment where participants can explore new ideas, develop skills and build meaningful relationships. **WORK HOURS AND LOCATION**
From June 16 to August 8.
From Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at H-FARM Campus in Ca' Tron di Roncade (TV). **TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Facilitate learning of digital/laboratory and sports activities with an interactive and innovative approach
- Supervise participants, paying attention to their well-being and safety, creating a healthy, safe and fun environment.
- Provide support in learning difficulties related to English comprehension, adapting teaching methods to facilitate integration and learning
- Support and motivate participants,



promoting personal growth and the development of new skills
- Manage group dynamics by creating a positive and inclusive environment that fosters collaboration and active participation
- Supervise and accompany participants during the weekly educational outing day
- Coordinate and collaborate with staff
- Attend training meetings and prepare for activities
- Autonomy in reaching the work location **REQUISITES - HARD SKILL**
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1-C2 level)
- Experience in education such as summer camps, au pairs, tutoring, after-school activitie **REQUIREMENTS - SOFT SKILLS**

- Domicile in nearby areas
- Educational background in humanities or linguistics, education sciences, pedagogy, psychology, sociology, social sciences
