- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Global Enterprise Risk Junior Advisor** to join its office in Genoa, Italy**within the Global Risk Management Division. **Mission**
- RINA is currently looking for a Global Risk Advisor for the Enterprise Risk Management function. #LI-MB4
He/She will be responsible for:
- Evaluating Compliance and Voluntary Risk Analysis and ensuring that its are prepared in accordance with RINA procedures
- Supporting the GCRIS Director in preparing risk analysis report (i.e. Enterprise Risk Analysis periodic reports)
- Supporting the GCRIS Director in Risk Passport process
- Assessing new risk-related situation to determine ad-hoc solutions **Key Accountabilities**
- Perform risk analysis in accordance with international standards and applicable RINA procedures and instructions, using dedicated IT tools;
- Perform advanced risk analysis based on advanced methods (e.g. COSO framework);
- Analyze external/internal context and exogenous/endogenous factors which influence RINA activities;
- Identify, monitor and continuously update enterprise strategic, operational, financial and compliance risks accordingly;
- Review the risk analysis reports and manage the follow-up with the competent BU/CF;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the RINA Enterprise Risk Management model;
- Assist the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Enterprise Risk Manager in the preparation and reporting of the Risk Management and Audit Committee **Education**
- Master’s Degree in Economics**Qualifications**
- +1 year related work experience;
- Proven level of technical and scientific knowledge;
- Proven basic knowledge of risk assessment methodology and techniques;
- Basic knowledge of tender participation and contract management;
- Fluent in Italian & English **Competencies**
