**Position Type** Non-Management *** For the soon-to-open Akira Back restaurant at our WFlorence hotel, we are looking for a Sushi Commis. In this role you will be supportive in ensuring that sushi is prepared in an efficient and high quality manner. Your main responsibilities are: - preparing ingredients ( this may include cutting fish, preparing rice and vegetables);
- assisting the Sushi Chef;
- cleaning and maintaining the workstation and utenes;
- ensuring that ingredients are stored properly;
- managing order and presentation; PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related Work Experience: No related work experience. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience. License or Certification: None
