Summary:
Dealing with incoming customer enquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities like order processing, business offers, forecast data entry, sales budget, sales reports. Daily interface with internal Planning and Logistic dept in order to serve customers in the most satisfactory way. In details:
Management of customers sales orders
Management of customers communication through updates to the orders situation, production timing, delivery scheduling, etc




Management of relations with internal Planning and Logistic depts
Management of daily and weekly delivery plans
Support to the preparation of RF’s and AOP figures and related data entry in the system
Preparation of Mid Month Forecast and 3MMF
Monitoring sales evolution and trend
Storage of customer orders and customer contracts
Management of Customer codes and product codes
Preparation of price change request forms
Market Share data entry in the system
Management of customers data base
