We are seeking a results-driven **Business Development Representative** with strong **sales experience**, ideally in **B2C sales or recruitment**. Your mission will be to **engage potential students**, showcase the value of our programs, and drive enrollments to meet aggressive growth targets. If you have a **background in sales, thrive in a high-performance environment, and are motivated by financial success**, this opportunity is for you. **Key Responsibilities**: - Proactively **reach out** to prospective students, engaging them at key times (typically mid-day and evenings, between 19:00 and 20:00).
- Conduct **video consultations** to demonstrate the value of our programs.
- Guide students through the **qualification and enrollment process**, ensuring they complete it efficiently.
- Handle objections and **overcome enrollment challenges** effectively.
- Collaborate with the team and management to **consistently hit and exceed sales targets**.
- Take a **solutions-oriented approach** to meeting recruitment goals. **Skills & Experience**:
- **Proven experience in B2C sales**, preferably in **inside sales, consultative selling, or recruitment**.
- Strong ability to **influence and persuade potential clients** in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent **interpersonal and communication skills**, with a focus on customer engagement.
- Highly **goal-driven** with a competitive mindset and a **hunger for success**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, dynamic environment** and adapt to shifting priorities. **Language Requirements**: - **English**: Minimum C1 level.

- **Compensation**: Base salary plus **uncapped monthly bonuses**: - Base salary before tax**:17,940€ per year**: - Average monthly bonuses before tax**:23,060€ per year** (uncapped potential)
- **Total average annual salary before tax: 40,000€+ (uncapped potential)**: - **Contract**: 6-month contract to start, with renewal based on performance.
