We are looking for a motivated intern to support our Merchandising team for our distribution brand Under Armour for a minimum of six months starting ideally in March. The intern will help to ensure that the right product is in the right place at the right time to satisfy end consumer, by creating analysis and reporting packs in support of managers’ decision making and by working on the creation of product orders directed towards retail stores. Additionally, he/she may provide backup support for orders and customer request’s if needed.
**Tasks & responsibilities**:
Help in the loading and management of sales orders into the ERP system, ensuring that products are delivered on time with the right quantity and quality.
Execute analysis on Retail business and inventories to support weekly trading decisions and reports on specific topics as requested.
Support in the creation of reports to monitor stock level and potential orders or transfers.
Help to determine the assortment for retail stores, ensuring alignment with the store needs.
Assist the team in the first-level support for orders, issues and general requests about products.
**Profile**:
University student or degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or a similar field
First experience within a company is a plus
Very good Italian and English skills
Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Analytical and numeracy skills
Passionate about sports
