Manages processes and controls to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and prevent supply chain disruptions. Develops and trains vendors on TJX policies and best practices. Ensures compliance with import regulations for the U.S. and Canadian markets. Analyzes and identifies problematic vendors, implementing corrective actions. Establishes strong relationships with Corporate logistics groups. **Key Responsibilities**
- Represent BVS on buying deals, ensuring Logistical objectives are met as well as enabling the buyer to buy and vendors to ship easily.




- Proactively work with the “added value” activities which can drive cost saving.
- Work with the wider Logistics team to remedy supply chain issues for quick fixes and long-term solutions.
- Manage daily communication with buyers and freight forwarder regarding shipments on hold due to business exceptions and/or origin issues.
- Prioritize shipment and key deals by using reporting tools provided by the business as well as liaising with the other relevant distribution departments.
- Seek opportunities for process improvement and cost savings through management of the daily business process.
- Partner with other BVS Logistics Specialists as needed to ensure process alignment with best practices and expectations.
- Share learning’s and successes with wider Corporate Logistics counterparts.
