**Key Requirements**: - Excellent command of **AutoCAD** and/or **MicroStation;**
- Good knowledge of **Microsoft Excel;**
- Accuracy and autonomy in technical drawing;
- Ability to manage tasks across different project areas. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Familiarity with **GIS** and **BIM** systems;
- Experience in managing technical documentation for **authorities and permitting procedures;**
- Flexibility and ability to work across multiple design disciplines. **Preferred Educational Background** (in order of alignment with the role)**: - Degree in **Building Engineering-Architecture;**
- Degree in **Civil Engineering;**
