We are seeking a curious and passionate **Corporate Strategy Analyst**to enter the Corporate Strategy Dept. of the Milan office of Balich Wonder Studio. **About Us** Balich Wonder Studio is an integrated entertainment powerhouse based in Milan, renowned for creating unforgettable live experiences. In 2023, we joined forces with Banijay to form a leading Media and Entertainment powerhouse, combining our creative expertise with their content leadership. As **Corporate Strategy Analyst**you will work closely with the Head of Strategy and Innovation to support the Group’s strategic decision-making process. You will play a key role in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling a wide range of cross-functional initiatives, adapting your approach and mindset to the unique needs of each project. With an in-depth understanding of the nuances of doing business in different global environments, your main responsibilities will be: - Assist in the development, evaluation, and execution of strategic projects across the Group’s business units and geographies
- Support the preparation of business cases, financial models, and investment memos for growth and transformation initiatives
- Conduct research and benchmarking on market trends, competitive positioning, and innovation best practices
- Contribute to M&A; activities (target scouting, due diligence support, post-merger integration planning)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments (Finance, Operations, Legal, Creative) to gather insights and align project goals
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring visibility and progress toward objectives
Support strategic reporting and presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders (including shareholder Banijay)**Requirements**:
**Requirements**: - Master degree in Management-based sciences
- 2-4 years of experience in strategic consulting, corporate development, or business planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- High adaptability and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote, AI savviness; knowledge of Airtable or other collaborative tools is appreciated
